2. Personal Data We Collect
We collect the following data:
- Contact forms and quote requests: name, email, phone, organisation, and assignment description.
- Live chat (LiveChat): messages you send in the chat, plus technical data such as IP address and browser information. LiveChat is provided by LiveChat, Inc. and processes data under its own privacy policy.
- Website analytics (Umami): anonymised visit data with no personally identifiable information. No cookies are used for analytics.
- User accounts: name, email, and login method for users who create an account.

4. Cookies
We use two types of cookies:
- Essential: session token for login. These cannot be disabled.
- Optional (require consent): LiveChat cookies for live chat functionality.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing cookies in your browser.
5. Data Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties, except:
- LiveChat, Inc. (live chat service) – only with consent
- Manus (platform provider for hosting and infrastructure)
We never sell personal data.
6. Retention
Contact enquiries and quote requests are deleted after 3 years. User account data is retained while the account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data. Send requests to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority at datatilsynet.no.
