About Us

Daasta AS was founded in 2017 by Joseph Fjellgren.

Joseph has a M.Sc in Mechanial Enginering from the Royal Institute of Engineering and a M.Sc in Sámi languages from the University of Uppsala. He has earlier worked at the Sámi parliament as a language expert and also at the Norwegian Industrial Proprty Office as a patent examiner within the field of mecanical engineering.

Joseph has a passion for Sámi languages and dedicates himself to working with the Sámi languages, especially the South Sámi language.
